About the Opportunity

Quantum Care Place of El Dorado Hills is seeking a Dishwasher / Utility team member to keep kitchen and dining operations clean, sanitary, organized, and ready to serve residents.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen equipment.
• Sort, stack, and store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas.
• Keep dishwashing areas, sinks, drains, racks, counters, floors, and storage shelves clean and orderly.
• Remove trash and recyclables according to facility procedures.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning, delivery receiving, stocking, and basic food-preparation tasks as directed.
• Follow food-safety, handwashing, glove-use, sanitation, chemical-handling, and kitchen-safety procedures.
• Work cooperatively with Cooks, Dietary Aides, Servers, and supervisors to support meal production and service.

Qualifications

• Food-service or kitchen experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene preferred.
• Ability to operate dishwashing equipment or learn quickly.
• Attention to detail, cleanliness, dependability, and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry dish racks, trays, and pots weighing up to 20 pounds.
• Respectful, team-oriented approach to supporting residents and coworkers.
