Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools promptly and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is in proper working order
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and ingredients
• Support the kitchen team by managing waste disposal and recycling procedures
• Follow health and safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe working environment for all staff
• Restock dishware and utensils in their designated areas to facilitate smooth service flow
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely cleanup during busy service hours

Requirements

• Prior experience in restaurant or food service environments is highly desirable
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and food handling safety protocols
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy loads
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and basic food preparation techniques is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a hygienic workspace
• Experience working in hotels or hospitality settings is advantageous but not mandatory
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues in a fast-paced environment
