Duties

• Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, cookware, and kitchen tools following proper food handling and sanitation standards
• Keep dish pit and dining areas clean by sweeping, mopping, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of waste properly
• Help with organizing storage areas to ensure all supplies are accessible and properly stored
• Collaborate with servers, cooks, and management to ensure excellent food service and guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key!
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy trays or cleaning supplies
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and eagerness to support the team’s success
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
