Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher/Busser and be a vital part of delivering an exceptional dining experience! In this energetic role, you will ensure the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas, support food service operations, and maintain high standards of sanitation and safety. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and cared for. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop foundational skills in food handling, kitchen operations, and restaurant service while working in a lively, fast-paced setting.

Duties

• Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic chopping or ingredient setup under supervision.
• Clear tables promptly by bussing dishes, glassware, and silverware to maintain a clean dining environment.
• Support the kitchen team by handling manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies or equipment safely.
• Operate basic kitchen equipment responsibly while adhering to kitchen health and safety standards.
• Maintain sanitation standards through regular cleaning of workstations, floors, and storage areas to ensure compliance with food safety management protocols.
• Follow all food safety guidelines related to food handling and hygiene to promote a safe dining experience for guests.
• Assist with catering or banquet setups when required, ensuring timely and organized service delivery.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is highly valued.
• Familiarity with food safety sanitizing procedures, dishwashing techniques, and kitchen health standards is advantageous.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
• Basic knife skills or experience with operating kitchen equipment is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience with bussing tables or supporting catering events can enhance your application.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, sanitation practices, and adherence to food safety protocols is essential for success in this role.
• Prior exposure to banquet or catering environments is beneficial for understanding diverse service needs.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
