Duties

• Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures
• Assist with bussing tables by clearing plates, silverware, glassware, and trash to maintain a tidy dining area
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup
• Operate dishwashing machinery safely and effectively in accordance with kitchen health and safety standards
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, boxes, or supplies while maintaining proper ergonomic techniques
• Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to uphold food safety management standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation procedures is advantageous
• Basic knife skills or culinary experience can enhance your ability to support kitchen operations
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced hospitality environments while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
