Duties

• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining space
• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently using proper cleaning techniques
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as cutting produce, portioning ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal
• Help with food handling duties in accordance with safety standards to ensure hygiene
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow during busy periods

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Familiarity with food handling safety standards and cleaning procedures is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or bending comfortably
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues and guests
• Basic knowledge of food service operations and culinary practices enhances your fit for the role
