**Job Title: BUSSER/DISHWASHER

**Overview:**

HOURLY PLUS DAILY TIP

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dishwasher to join our team in a bustling restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and ensure adherence to food safety standards. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values teamwork and culinary excellence.

**Responsibilities:**

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas

• Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and assembling ingredients

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines at all times

• Handle knives and other kitchen tools safely and responsibly

• Assist in dishwashing duties during peak hours or as needed

**Qualifications:**

• Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

• Familiarity with knife handling techniques and kitchen equipment operation

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
