Duties

• Clear and bus tables promptly, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area for guests
• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as assembling ingredients or garnishes when needed
• Support catering events or banquet setups by cleaning and organizing serving ware and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, dining areas, and service areas according to health standards
• Help with food handling duties under supervision, ensuring safety and hygiene protocols are followed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or bending comfortably
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues and guests
• Familiarity with culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation, bussing, and hospitality operations
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
