Dishwasher/Busser

About the role:

Maria’s Gourmet Café is looking for a reliable and hardworking dishwasher to join our team. You’ll play an important role in keeping our kitchen and café clean, organized, and running smoothly during service.

Responsibilities

• wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean and organized
• assist with taking out trash and maintaining cleanliness throughout the café
• help kitchen and café staff with basic cleaning and restocking as needed
• follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• maintain a positive, respectful, and team-oriented attitude

What we’re looking for:

• reliable and punctual
• comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• able to stand for extended periods and lift/move items as needed
• strong attention to cleanliness
• works well independently and as part of a team
• previous restaurant or dishwashing experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
