Southside Up Brunch Bar is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented Dishwasher/Busser to help keep our restaurant running smoothly. This role is essential to maintaining a clean kitchen, spotless dining room, and exceptional guest experience. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in cleanliness and teamwork, we'd love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Clear, clean, and reset guest tables quickly.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Take out trash and recycling as needed.
• Restock dishes, glassware, and kitchen supplies.
• Assist with basic food prep when needed.
• Support the kitchen and front-of-house team during busy service.
• Complete opening and closing cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Team player with attention to cleanliness and organization.

Schedule

• Full-Time & Part-Time Available
• Day shifts
• Weekend availability required
• Holidays as needed

Pay

$15–$18 per hour, based on experience.
