Dishwasher/Busser

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced environment of our restaurant. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for the food industry.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen.
• Assist in bussing tables by clearing dishes, glassware, and silverware promptly after guests finish their meals.
• Help set up dining areas before service begins and reset tables after guests leave.
• Support kitchen staff by keeping workstations clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests as needed during their dining experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food service operations and hospitality standards is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
