Responsibilities

• Clear and bus tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment
• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment following health standards
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic plating or ingredient setup
• Support catering and banquet events by providing timely cleaning and setup assistance
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and restocking supplies
• Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods

Skills

• Experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required
• Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices
• Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues in a fast-paced setting
• Basic understanding of food preparation, bussing, and catering operations
• Previous banquet or hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in cleaning and food safety procedures
