Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Dishwasher/Busser/Expo. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining cleanliness and organization in our food service establishment. Your primary responsibilities will include prepping hot food, washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, and assisting with bussing tables. Responsibilities: - Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment or by hand - Ensure all dishes are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored - Assist with bussing tables by clearing dishes and resetting tables for the next guests - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area - Clean kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and fryers - Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures - Assist with other duties as assigned Experience: - Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required - Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and sanitation standards - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Flexibility to work in different areas of the restaurant as needed (kitchen, dining area) - Strong customer service skills If you are looking for an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can contribute to the success of our establishment while gaining valuable experience in the food industry, we would love to hear from you.
