Job Title: Taco Prep / High-Volume Food Booth

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Taco Cook prep and serve approximately 600 tacos per weekend in a fast-paced open-booth food concept. The ideal candidate can maintain food quality, speed, cleanliness, and customer interaction while working efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and assemble tacos according to recipes and quality standards.
• Produce and serve up to 600 tacos per weekend during peak operating hours.
• Set up and maintain the open-booth cooking station.
• Prepare meats, vegetables, sauces, and other ingredients before service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in compliance with health regulations.
• Interact professionally with customers in an open-kitchen environment.
• Work efficiently with team members to ensure fast service and customer satisfaction.
• Put uo and take down of taco sand.
• Assist in washing dishes after each shift.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Mexican cuisine, taco preparation, or high-volume food service preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in food trucks, street food concepts, or open-kitchen environments.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Experience with prep planning and fast passed, learning in fast environment.
