Job Overview

We’re looking for a dependable Food Preparation & Dishwashing Team Member to join our growing kitchen crew. This role is essential to keeping our operation running smoothly. You’ll support food prep, maintain kitchen cleanliness, assist with dishwashing, and help the team keep service fast, organized, and safe. Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with basic food prep: chopping, portioning, assembling, and preparing ingredients
• Support cooking and plating during service according to Aatma standards
• Operate dish station: wash, sanitize, organize, and restock small-wares and equipment
• Buss and reset tables to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, floors, and storage areas
• Properly handle, label, and store food according to food safety regulations
• Help with catering events, pop-ups, or special functions as needed
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and hospitality team to ensure smooth service
• Follow all health, sanitation, and safety policies required by MA regulations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurants, catering, hotels, or fast-paced food service is preferred but not required
• Working knowledge of basic food prep and kitchen equipment is helpful
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay organized under pressure
• Comfortable on your feet and able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Team-oriented with a positive, “jump in where needed” mindset
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and event-based shifts
• ServSafe certification a plus (not required; we can help you obtain it)
