Dishwasher/Kitchen Hand

We are looking for a versatile and hardworking Dishwasher / Kitchen Hand to support our busy kitchen operations. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping all dishware, silverware, pots, and pans spotless, sanitized, and ready for service. You must be careful and meticulous to avoid breakage when handling delicate dishes and high-end kitchen equipment. Beyond maintaining a clean and sanitized dish pit, this role acts as a versatile all-around team player who will also assist with receiving, moving, and stocking inventory throughout the restaurant as needed.

Responsibilities

-Scrape, rinse, and load dirty dishes, silverware, pots, pans, and baking sheets into the industrial dish machine.

-Wash oversized or delicate items by hand with care.

-Handle all kitchen items attentively and meticulously to prevent costly chips, cracks, or breakage.

-Stack, organize, and store clean dishware in designated areas promptly.

-Maintain clean and sanitary dish machine temperatures and chemical levels.

-Receive incoming food and supply orders, verifying delivery counts and checking invoices.

-Unpack, organize, and stock inventory into designated refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage shelves.

-Transport bulk goods, dry stores, and supplies safely to and from the basement storage areas.

-Empty garbage and recycling bins, break down boxes, and maintain general kitchen sanitation.

-Sweep and mop floors and assist cooks with basic, light kitchen maintenance tasks as needed.

Pay

$18.00–$20.00 per hour + Tip Pool
