Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Kitchen Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the kitchen environment and be eager to contribute to efficiently running the back of house.

Duties

• Wash dishes, flatware, pots, and pans using both manual and automated methods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish pit and kitchen workstations
• Take out garbage and recycling and ensure waste areas are clean and safe
• Sweep and mop floors to maintain cleanliness standards
• Support chef team during busy service periods
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including food safety and sanitation procedures
• Help receive and organize deliveries
• Assist with basic food preparation and prep station setup as needed
• Perform other duties as required to assist the kitchen team

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is an asset but not required
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
