Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
• Assist with meal preparation as needed, including basic food handling tasks.
• Support the culinary team by organizing clean dishes and utensils for efficient service.
• Follow proper procedures for food handling and storage to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow during peak service times.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and basic knife skills is a plus.
• Understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
