• Thoroughly wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Assist with basic meal and food preparation tasks under the supervision of chefs or kitchen staff.
• Maintain cleanliness in food prep areas, including counters, sinks, and storage spaces.
• Organize and store clean dishes and kitchen supplies efficiently for easy access during busy service times.
• Support the team by handling food handling duties in accordance with safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Help with waste disposal and recycling processes to keep the kitchen environment tidy.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
• Basic knowledge of cooking, food handling, and meal preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
