Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper

GlassHouse is a neighbourhood restaurant in Kitsilano focused on great food, good people, and a welcoming environment. We make a lot of our food from scratch and take pride in doing things properly from the kitchen to the dining room.

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher / Kitchen Support team member to join our growing kitchen team.

What you’ll do

• Keep dishes, glassware, pots and kitchen equipment clean and organized
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized dish area
• Help with basic kitchen cleaning and closing duties
• Take out garbage and recycling as needed
• Support the kitchen team with basic prep and other tasks when required
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
• Help keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy services

What we’re looking for

• Reliable and punctual
• Hardworking and able to stay productive during busy periods
• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
• Takes pride in keeping things clean and organized
• Previous restaurant experience is an asset, but not required
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
