Dishwasher / Porter / Facilities Team Member

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking team member who takes pride in creating a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. As a Dishwasher / Porter / Facilities Team Member, you'll play a critical role in supporting our bakery, kitchen, and front-of-house operations. From keeping dishes moving and workspaces spotless to maintaining dining areas and stocked service stations, your work helps ensure every shift runs smoothly.

What You'll Do

Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, sheet pans, mixing bowls, and smallwares

Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently

Maintain clean and organized dish, storage, kitchen, and bakery areas

Remove trash, recycling, and compost throughout the day

Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining room, patio, restrooms, and guest-facing areas

Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front-of-house throughout service

Restock disposable items including to-go containers, cups, lids, napkins, utensils, straws, and condiment stations

Refill beverage stations, coffee service supplies, and guest self-service areas as needed

Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries

Restock clean dishes, cookware, and supplies for kitchen, bakery, and front-of-house teams

Support cooks and bakers with basic prep, ingredient gathering, and organizational tasks as needed

Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, shelving, walk-ins, and workstations

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures

Assist with opening, closing, and deep-cleaning projects as assigned

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
