Dishwasher/Prep Cook

As a Line Cook, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies for meal preparation.
• Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality.
• Assist in the development of new menu items and specials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Help train new kitchen staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably in fine dining or high-volume restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with food handling regulations and safety practices.
• A passion for cooking and creating exceptional meals for guests.
• Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
