Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking team members to join our kitchen staff as food prep/dishwashers. This essential role ensures our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing directly to our restaurant's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness by washing, sanitizing, and organizing cookware, dishes, and utensils using approved techniques
• Monitor and maintain dish machine operation, including chemical levels, water quality, and equipment functionality
• Support food preparation by assisting cooks with basic tasks like chopping vegetables and following established recipes
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the kitchen
• Keep work areas clean and organized, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
• Manage chemical supplies and cleaning solutions, including changing dish machine water and sink solutions as needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older (unless different local/state regulations apply)
• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen equipment
• Reliable and team-oriented mindset
