Dispatch Admin

About the role

Responsible for providing administrative support to dispatch operations, ensuring that deliveries, documents, and dispatch records are accurate and properly monitored.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process dispatch and delivery documents
• Encode and update dispatch transactions in the system
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, and other departments regarding deliveries
• Monitor the status of outgoing orders and deliveries
• Check and verify delivery documents, invoices, and other supporting documents
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched items and delivery transactions
• Prepare daily dispatch reports and other required reports
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating deliveries
• Monitor returned, cancelled, or undelivered items and coordinate proper documentation
• Address and coordinate dispatch-related concerns with concerned departments

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Experience in dispatch, warehouse, logistics, or administrative work is preferred
• Basic knowledge of warehouse and delivery processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good organizational and documentation skills
• Detail-oriented and accurate in encoding and record keeping
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willing to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
