Dispatch & Inventory Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. *Inventory Management:* Maintain stock records of finished goods, packing materials, and consumables.

2. *Order Planning:* Plan items for dispatch according to customer orders and delivery schedules.

3. *Packing Planning:* Plan wooden box requirements and ensure proper packing of materials.

4. *Dispatch Documentation:* Maintain transportation records, dispatch details, and dispatch photographs.

5. *Box Marking & Painting:* Ensure correct box painting, marking, and customer-specific identification.

6. *Part Identification:* Ensure proper sticker labelling on each part as per the packing list.

7. *Packing Records:* Maintain dispatch box dimensions, sizes, and packing records.

8. *Material Movement:* Track material movement between production, machining, inspection, packing, and dispatch.

9. *Packing List Verification:* Verify the availability, identification, and quantity of each part against the approved packing list before dispatch.

10. *Consumables Management:* Monitor and maintain stock of paint shop materials, packing materials, and other consumables.

11. *Outside Vendor Inspection:* Coordinate inspection and maintain records for materials processed at outside vendors.

12. *Dispatch Coordination:* Coordinate with production, quality, stores, transporters, and customers to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.

### Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* On-time dispatch performance.

* Accuracy of inventory and packing lists.

* Zero missing or incorrectly labelled parts.

* Proper maintenance of dispatch photographs and transportation records.

* Timely availability of packing materials and consumables.

* Effective tracking of outside vendor materials.
