Dispatch & Logistics Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Dispatch & Logistics Executive to handle daily dispatch operations, vehicle tracking, and billing on Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities

Tally Billing & Documents:

Prepare Dispatch Bills, Tax Invoices, Delivery Challans, and e-Way bills as per GST norms. Maintain daily dispatch registers and gate passes.

Vehicle & Driver

Coordination: Coordinate with transporters and drivers for timely truck placement. Follow up on vehicle movements from loading to destination.

Loading & Inventory Check:

Work closely with the warehouse/factory team to ensure accurate material loading as per orders.

Reporting:

Maintain daily logs (truck numbers, freight, driver details) and submit regular dispatch reports to management.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Education: Graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc) or 10+2 with relevant experience.

Experience: 1 – 3 Years in dispatch, logistics, truck follow-up, and billing.

Mandatory Skills:

Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

GST Billing & e-Way Bill generation

Basic MS Excel & MS Office skills

Strong communication skills in Hindi / Gujarati for daily driver follow-ups

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
