Job Description Dispatch & Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily dispatches from the client location.
• Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement, loading, dispatch, and delivery.
• Handle client communication and coordination regarding dispatch requirements and operational issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers for material availability, dispatch planning, and follow-ups.
• Maintain daily dispatch, vehicle, and operational records in MS Excel.
• Track dispatches until end-to-end closure, including delivery confirmation and required documentation.
• Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
• Prepare regular MIS/Excel reports related to dispatch, transportation, and operations.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.

Candidate Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel. Knowledge of filters, sorting, basic formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables will be an advantage.

• Experience in transportation, dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or operations is preferred.

• Good transporter, client, and supplier coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.

• Should be a team player with a responsible and proactive attitude.

• Strong follow-up skills with ownership for end-to-end task closure.

• 13 years of relevant experience preferred.

• B.tech in mechanical engineering
