Dispatch and Operations Supervisor

• Oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and efficient deployment of vehicles and personnel
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve logistics efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Coordinate closely with drivers, helpers and clients to ensure smooth delivery schedules
• Monitor real-time fleet movement and respond proactively to delays, breakdowns, or route changes
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Handle escalations related to delivery delays, client complaints, or operational disruptions
• Analyze data from dispatch systems and reports to optimize routing and fleet utilization
• Collaborate with maintenance and admin teams to ensure vehicle readiness and documentation
• Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, cost control, and efficiency metrics
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance dispatch accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Train and mentor team members to build operational capabilities and ensure alignment with company goals
