Dispatch & Packaging Supervisor

Job Summary:

Malu Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch & Packaging Supervisor to manage daily dispatch operations, packaging activities, and coordination with production and logistics teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily packaging and dispatch activities
• Ensure proper packing of finished goods as per company standards
• Check product quantity, labeling, and batch details before dispatch
• Maintain dispatch records and delivery documentation
• Coordinate with production team for ready goods
• Ensure timely loading and dispatch of materials
• Maintain inward and outward stock registers
• Supervise packing staff and assign daily work
• Ensure proper handling of medical products (knee caps, healthcare items etc.)
• Maintain FIFO (First In First Out) system in dispatch
• Ensure zero dispatch errors and damage control, Coordinate with transport/logistics vendor Support stock verification and audit requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Warehouse management: 2 years (Preferred)
