Dispatch & Store Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations, including receiving, checking, and arranging materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Prepare and process dispatch orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
• Coordinate with transporters, customers, and internal teams for timely dispatches.
• Ensure proper packing, labeling, loading, and documentation of goods.
• Monitor inward and outward material movement.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards in the store.
• Report stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the concerned department.

Qualifications:

• Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Supply Chain preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in stores, dispatch, or logistics (manufacturing industry preferred).
• Knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, and inventory software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹11,132.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
