Dispatch & Warehouse Team Members

About the role

Skins2Go is a leading wholesale manufacturer of blinds, awnings and window furnishing products. Due to continued growth, we are looking for two reliable and motivated people to join our busy warehouse and operations team.

Two positions are available: Dispatch Team Member and Goods Receiving & Warehouse Team Member.

Key responsibilities

Dispatch Team Member:

• Checking completed orders against paperwork
• Organising finished products for dispatch
• Picking and preparing customer orders
• Packing and labelling products
• Coordinating orders for delivery and customer collection
• Assisting with loading and unloading vehicles
• Ensuring products are handled carefully to prevent damage
• Maintaining an organised and efficient dispatch area
• Working closely with production and other factory departments

Goods Receiving & Warehouse Team Member:

• Receiving and unloading incoming deliveries
• Checking goods against purchase orders and delivery paperwork
• Identifying and reporting shortages, damages or incorrect deliveries
• Accurately receipting and recording stock
• Putting stock away in the correct warehouse locations
• Picking and supplying materials to production departments
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and warehouse locations
• Assisting with stocktakes and inventory counts
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and well organised
• Liaising with Purchasing and Production regarding incoming stock

About you

• Reliable, punctual and have a strong work ethic
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment
• Physically capable of manual handling
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Confident using basic computer systems and paperwork
• Safety conscious with a positive attitude
• Willing to learn and help across the operation when required
• Previous warehouse, dispatch, manufacturing or goods receiving experience would be an advantage
• A forklift licence would be highly regarded, particularly for the Goods Receiving & Warehouse position
