Job Purpose To ensure accurate, timely, and proper handling, dispatch, and receipt of company documents, courier items, bills, cheques, and payment-related documents while providing administrative and banking support.

Hiring Type: Contractual, Initial contract for 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, organize, record, and dispatch documents for all departments.
• Manage domestic and international courier services, including receiving, preparing, and dispatching courier items.
• Prepare and dispatch cheques and payment documents to suppliers and follow up on pending documents.
• Maintain and monitor office stationery inventory and ensure timely replenishment and proper record-keeping.
• Receive and assist guests, visitors, and external stakeholders professionally and courteously.
• Visit and coordinate with banks as required for official banking transactions and other company-related matters.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch and document status reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, internal controls, and management instructions.
