DISPATCH AUDITOR

• Audit all incoming deliveries by verifying the quantity, quality, specifications, and condition of materials or products against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Receipts (DR), Receiving Reports (RR), and other supporting documents.
• Audit all outgoing deliveries by verifying the quantity, quality, specifications, and condition of products against Sales Invoices (SI), Delivery Receipts (DR), Pick Lists, and other dispatch documents.
• Ensure that all incoming and outgoing transactions are properly documented, authorized, and recorded.
• Conduct physical inspection and counting of incoming and outgoing materials and finished goods.
• Verify that all products are free from damage before acceptance or dispatch.
• Monitor unloading and loading activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, overages, damaged goods, incorrect items, or documentation errors.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, Sales, Logistics, and Quality Assurance regarding any discrepancies for immediate resolution.
• Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and storage of incoming materials before warehouse acceptance.
• Ensure only approved and properly documented products are released for delivery.
• Prepare daily audit reports on incoming and outgoing transactions, including findings and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of audit activities and supporting documentation.
• Conduct random spot checks on warehouse inventory, receiving, and dispatch operations.
• Assist during inventory counts, stock reconciliations, and warehouse audits.
• Recommend improvements to receiving and dispatch processes to strengthen inventory controls and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures.
• Perform other duties related to warehouse auditing as assigned by Management.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
