About the role

Siacon Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dispatch to join our team in Johor. As a Dispatch , you will be responsible for submission and collection of documents, packages, and other items. This is a full-time role, offering a good salary and excellent benefits.

What you'll be doing

• Carry out day-to-day dispatch responsibilities, including the delivery and collection of documents, packages, and other items.
• Ensure that all deliveries and pickups are completed accurately and within the required timeframes.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all dispatch-related activities.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with office staff regarding the status of deliveries and collections.
• Provide support with basic administrative and office tasks as needed.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.

What we're looking for

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a dispatch, preferably in a similar corporate environment
• A clean driving record with no major violations or accidents
• Excellent knowledge of the local road networks and traffic patterns
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with executives and clients professionally
• Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate the needs of board
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
