Dispatch Coordinator and Storeperson

Right orders. Right customers. Right time.

The Roofing Store is looking for a hands-on Dispatch Coordinator to keep deliveries moving across our Manukau, Albany and Hamilton branches.

You’ll coordinate delivery runs, prepare accurate documentation, keep customers informed and work closely with drivers and internal teams. You’ll also lead two Dispatchers who report directly to you, keeping the team organised and deliveries on track.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong leadership, organisation and multitasking skills
• Clear, proactive communication
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confidence using Excel and business systems
• A practical, team-focused approach
• The ability to stay calm and effective in a fast-paced environment

If you’re ready to lead from the front and keep multiple moving parts on track, we want to hear from you.
