What they need
DISPATCH COORDINATOR FUNCTION:
- Ensure on-time truck and crew availability
- Facilitate pre-trip inspection of trucks
- Prepare all delivery paper works/documents
- Facilitate truck queuing during loading activity
- Issue trip cash allowances
- Monitor the deliveries and provide regular status reports to sales and logistics
- Resolve delivery issues and concerns or initiate escalation of issues when necessary.
OTHER DISPATCH COORDINATOR’S FUNCTION
- Prepare and submit petty cash liquidation
- Act as office supplies custodian
- Act as fleet M&R records custodian
