Dispatch Coordinator

About the Role;

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatch Coordinator to oversee and coordinate the daily dispatch and delivery operations of the company. The successful candidate will ensure that orders are assigned promptly, deliveries are properly tracked, riders are effectively coordinated, and customers receive their orders within the expected timeframe.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily dispatch and delivery operations.
• Assign orders to riders based on location, availability, and delivery priority.
• Track deliveries and follow up on delayed or outstanding orders.
• Maintain accurate dispatch and rider records.
• Communicate effectively with branch teams, riders, customer service, and management.
• Resolve delivery-related issues and escalate major concerns promptly.
• Ensure riders follow company delivery procedures and standards.
• Monitor rider attendance, availability, and performance.
• Verify delivery dockets, order details, and completed deliveries.
• Identify recurring delivery challenges and recommend practical solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 0–2 years of experience in dispatch coordination, logistics, delivery operations, or a related role.
• Experience working with riders or delivery personnel is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of Abuja routes and locations.
• Proficiency in using smartphones, Google Maps, WhatsApp, and basic computer applications.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
