Compensation: $18–$22/hour

Schedule: Full-time, 11:00AM-8:00PM

Position Summary

Vistabeam is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to help manage the daily schedules of our service technicians across multiple markets. This role is responsible for coordinating customer appointments, technician availability, drive time, geography, and job priority across both fiber and wireless installations and service calls.

The Dispatch Coordinator will work alongside our Senior Dispatch Coordinator as part of a centralized two-person dispatch team. This is a highly organized, customer-facing role that directly impacts how efficiently our field teams operate and how quickly customers receive service.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and optimize daily technician schedules across multiple service areas.
• Schedule new installations and service calls for both fiber and wireless customers.
• Communicate directly with customers regarding appointment times, rescheduling, delays, and changes.
• Route work efficiently based on geography, technician availability, skill set, urgency, and customer commitments.
• Manage same-day schedule changes, cancellations, delays, and urgent work.
• Monitor technician capacity and appointment backlogs across markets.
• Coordinate with Customer Care, Sales, Service Delivery, and field teams when priorities or scheduling needs change.
• Help maintain consistent dispatch processes and identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency.

• Clear, professional communication with customers and internal teams.
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfort working with scheduling, ticketing, mapping, or other business software.
• Ability to think geographically and make efficient routing decisions.
• Customer service, dispatch, scheduling, or field-service coordination experience is preferred.
• Experience in telecommunications or an ISP environment is helpful but not required.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
