About the Role

We are seeking an organised and hands-on Dispatch Coordinator to support our warehouse and dispatch operations. This role is responsible for coordinating deliveries, preparing orders, maintaining accurate records and supporting day-to-day warehouse administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery schedules and assist with load planning
• Pick, pack and prepare stock for dispatch
• Ensure orders, labels and dispatch documentation are accurate
• Manage CHEP pallets, including tracking, reconciliation and coordinating pallet returns
• Complete data entry, invoicing and stock control activities
• Support drivers with delivery queries and scheduling
• Assist with vehicle and fleet administration
• Provide support to warehouse, production and administration teams
• Assist walk-in customers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain WHS, quality and operational standards
• Contribute to process improvements and efficient warehouse operations

About You

• 2+ years’ experience in administration, warehouse or despatch
• Previous dispatch or warehouse experience preferred
• Experience with CHEP pallet management highly regarded
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• MYOB experience desirable
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift licence desirable
• Experience in the automotive, industrial or commercial lubrication industry highly regarded
