Dispatch Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily driver dispatch, schedules, and deployment based on operational requirements.
• Monitor driver attendance, availability, vehicle assignments, and dispatch status to ensure proper manpower and fleet coverage.
• Communicate dispatch schedules, assignments, route updates, and operational instructions to drivers and relevant teams.
• Prepare, update, and maintain accurate dispatch reports, schedules, and operational records using Microsoft Excel.
• Monitor and resolve dispatch-related issues, including schedule changes, driver absences, delays, and vehicle availability concerns.

Qualifications:

• With experience in dispatching, scheduling, logistics, transportation, or fleet operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, sorting, filtering, basic formulas, and report preparation.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Clear logical thinking, quick decision-making, and basic data processing skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with drivers and operations teams.
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule when required.
