Dispatch Coordinator

What We’re Looking For…

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to serve as a key point of contact between residents and the Transportation Department. This role coordinates and dispatches transportation requests, communicates residents’ needs to drivers, maintains accurate service and billing records, tracks transportation statistics, and supports resident satisfaction initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be comfortable working with seniors, and have strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required, along with the ability to work independently. Previous experience as a driver or in transportation logistics are preferred. This position will work 12pm-8pm.
