Job Title : Fleet & Dispatch Coordinator

Location : City of Industry, CA

Annual Salary Range : $70,000–$80,000 + Annual Performance Bonus

Employment Type : Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a Fleet & Dispatch Coordinator to support the daily operations of our company-operated trucking fleet. This role will assist with driver scheduling, dispatch coordination, route planning, fleet tracking, and transportation compliance.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with daily dispatch, driver schedules, routes, and load assignments.
• Coordinate with drivers to support on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor fleet activity, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle availability.
• Assist with maintenance scheduling, inspections, and repair coordination.
• Maintain driver and vehicle records and support DOT/FMCSA compliance.
• Help resolve routine operational issues, including delays, breakdowns, and schedule changes.
• Track basic transportation and fleet performance metrics.
• Communicate with drivers and operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support transportation managers with administrative and operational tasks as needed.

About You:

• 1–2 years of experience in trucking, dispatch, fleet, logistics, or transportation operations preferred.
• Basic understanding of trucking dispatch, routing, and driver scheduling.
• Familiarity with DOT/FMCSA regulations is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Comfortable working with drivers and cross-functional operations teams.
• Experience with GPS/telematics or dispatch software is preferred.
