Dispatch Coordinator

As a Dispatch Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in keeping freight moving and making sure drivers, customers, and our internal teams have the information they need throughout the day. This is a fast-paced position where communication, organization, and problem-solving are key. You’ll work directly with drivers and our operations team to coordinate shipments from pickup through delivery and help resolve issues when they come up.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Coordinate and monitor shipments from pickup through final delivery
• Communicate with drivers regarding load details, appointments, schedules, and any changes or delays
• Track driver progress and provide accurate, timely shipment updates
• Troubleshoot issues that arise in transit and work quickly to keep loads moving
• Maintain accurate shipment information and required documentation within company systems
• Work closely with drivers, sales, and operations to provide reliable service and manage multiple priorities
