Based in our newly built Manukau facility, we are a growing manufacturing business focused on delivering quality products and outstanding service to customers across New Zealand. To support our continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Dispatch Coordinator to manage the day-to-day scheduling of our company fleet.

The Opportunity

This role is responsible for coordinating transport activities to ensure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You’ll work closely with drivers, production staff, and customers to keep operations running smoothly while handling the daily challenges that come with transport and logistics.

This position suits someone who enjoys being organised, making quick decisions, and staying calm under pressure.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Organising daily truck schedules and delivery runs.
• Allocating jobs and communicating with drivers throughout the day.
• Liaising with customers and internal departments regarding delivery timing and updates.
• Monitoring vehicle movements and responding to any transport-related issues.
• Managing transport paperwork, delivery records, and related administration.
• Assisting with improving systems and processes to increase efficiency across the fleet operation.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management ability.
• A practical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot problems quickly.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a busy environment.
• Previous experience in transport planning, dispatch, logistics, or fleet coordination would be an advantage.
• Good computer skills and confidence working across multiple systems.
