Dispatch Coordinator

Remarkable People is on the lookout for a motivated and organised Dispatch Coordinator to join a busy, well-established operation in the Thames/Kopu area!

We're looking for someone with strong administration skills, a great attitude and the confidence to communicate with a wide range of people.

Previous dispatch experience is a bonus, but strong administration and coordination skills are just as valuable!

• Able to prioritise tasks and juggle multiple responsibilities.
• Friendly, professional and confident over the phone.
• Someone who takes pride in getting things right and has a proactive attitude
• Comfortable working in both an office and operational environment.
• Able to commit to Monday–Friday.
