Dispatch-cum-office support

About the role

This role combines dispatch and office support responsibilities. You will transport documents, invoices, cheques, and parcels safely to clients, banks and government agencies, while also providing office support including greeting visitors, managing communications, and maintaining office files / documents.

Key responsibilities

• Transport documents, invoices, cheques, and parcels safely to clients, banks and government agencies
• Handle daily or weekly banking tasks (e.g., depositing cheques, token collection) and manage incoming/outgoing mail at the post office
• Maintain a dispatch logbook, ensuring all recipients sign upon receiving documents or items to provide proof of delivery
• Greet office visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or meeting room
• Answer incoming office calls, forward inquiries, and sort daily incoming mail or courier deliveries
• Photocopy, scan, sort, and file office documents
• Monitor office general cleanliness

About you

• Must possess a valid B2 (Motorcycle) with a clean driving record
• Good knowledge of routes and shortcuts around Kuala Lumpur and Selangor (Klang Valley)
• Honest, punctual, reliable, and able to handle confidential corporate documents or cash/cheques safely
