Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Dispatch and Customer Care Representative to assist customers throughout the service process. The successful candidate will help coordinate dispatch activities, address service concerns, and ensure customers receive clear and timely information.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate delays and revised arrival estimates when information is available.
• Follow up on unresolved customer concerns.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex cases.
• Confirm service details before communicating updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and dispatch notes.

Qualifications

• At least High School, Senior High School, or College graduate.
• Good to excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• BPO, Customer service or Call Center experience is required.

Work Setup and Location:

• ONSITE - Mandaluyong

Shift Available:

• Nighshift, Graveyard, Midshift, Dayshift, Shifting Schedule
