Job Description – Dispatch Executive
We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to manage dispatch operations and ensure smooth and timely delivery of gas cylinders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate dispatch of gas cylinders as per delivery schedules.
- Prepare delivery and transport-related documents.
- Maintain stock records and track inventory.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transporters and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate dispatch and inventory records.
- Ensure proper documentation and data entry.
- Follow safety and compliance standards.
- Prepare basic dispatch and inventory reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc. / Any Graduate)
- 1–3 years of experience in Dispatch / Inventory / Warehouse.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Tally & GST.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in Gases / Industrial Sector will be preferred.
Location: Mallapur, Hyderabad
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: Up to ₹30,000+ per month, based on experience
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
