Dispatch Executive

Role Overview
We're looking for someone quick, organized, and comfortable working on computers to handle day-to-day fabric dispatch — from preparing dispatch documents to coordinating with transporters. The ideal candidate is fast with their hands, sharp with computer use, and can work efficiently under time pressure, especially during high-volume dispatch days.

Key Responsibilities

• Match fabric rolls/packages against orders before dispatch to avoid errors
• Coordinate with transporters/courier partners for pickup and timely delivery PAN India
• Maintain dispatch registers and ensure proper documentation for every shipment
• Work closely with the warehouse/packing team to ensure smooth and quick loading of goods
• Handle last-minute or urgent dispatch requests with speed and accuracy
• Use computer shortcuts and tools efficiently to speed up billing, printing, and data entry during peak dispatch hours
• Report any discrepancies in stock, damaged goods, or delivery issues immediately

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
