Dispatch Executive

A Junior Dispatch Person for a paper company coordinates daily shipping schedules, prepares paper roll or ream delivery paperwork, and tracks freight trucks.To act as the main link between the warehouse team, sales staff, and delivery drivers to ensure paper products reach clients on time.

Job Responsibilities

• Process Orders: Create and print bills of lading, delivery receipts, and packing lists for paper shipments.
• Schedule Transport: Book trucks and delivery slots with freight carriers.
• Track Shipments: Monitor the location and status of delivery trucks in real time.
• Communicate Updates: Tell customers and sales teams about any delivery delays or changes.
• Maintain Records: Enter daily shipping data into the company computer system and file logs. [

Job Requirements

• Education: Graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in logistics, shipping, or office coordination.
• Computer Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word) and basic data entry.
• Communication: Clear speaking voice and polite phone manner for talking with drivers and buyers.
• Organization: Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and stay calm during busy hours.
